School History

Bade Junior High School is located at the earliest developed settlement center in the Bade area, adjacent to the religious center San-Yuan Temple and the Bade District Office. It is the first junior high school in the Bade area, making outstanding contributions to the cultivation of local talents.
Founded in 1961, Bade Junior High School initially focused on science exhibitions, international exchanges, and the development of kendo, achieving notable success and laying the foundation for sports classes. In addition to specialized sports classes in volleyball, track and field, and fencing, the school established a Talent Art class in 1999. The Sports and Art classes are distinctive features, nurturing both sports athletes and artists, making the school a cradle for national athletes and artists.
Since 2010,the Bade area has undergone urban redevelopment, including the establishment of the first station of the Taoyuan Metro Green Line in the transportation system, connecting to the Taoyuan Airport MRT. This serves as a crucial gateway from Taoyuan to Taipei City and New Taipei City. In response to the regional urbanization and internationalization, Bade Junior High School, renowned for its emphasis on sports and arts, initiated Bilingual and International Education in 2018. In 2020, an English Gifted Program was introduced, and starting from 2023, students are led to visit Japan and Korea to promote international exchange, enhancing their global perspectives and laying a solid foundation for nurturing international talents.
